Telecom App is a comprehensive application that allows users to efficiently manage all my.t and Telecom services including Fixed Line, Internet & TV, my.t Prepay, and my.t Postpay.

• Users can easily subscribe to or upgrade my.t services, make payments for MT bills, access bill statements, retrieve PIN & PUK information, and troubleshoot common issues independently.
• All services are conveniently available on-the-go via the Telecom App, ensuring effortless management.
• The app is accessible to all my.t customers (Fixed Line, my.t Home, my.t Mobile) in Mauritius and Rodrigues with a smartphone or tablet and a local SIM registered in their name.

If you have a Fixed account, the Telecom App provides features such as:

• Viewing account information
• Accessing bill statements
• Monitoring the status of TV decoder and Wi-Fi router on the premises
• Tracking internet usage
• Subscribing to new Fixed line services
• Managing Internet & TV service subscriptions
• Opting for Value Added Services on Fixed lines
• Downloading and sharing bills
• Registering for eBill services
• Facilitating bill payments
• Accessing support for troubleshooting and assistance

If you have a Prepay account, the Telecom App allows you to:

• Check current prepaid balance
• Review internet usage details
• View SIM information including PIN, PUK, and Network Status
• Recharge own or another my.t mobile account
• Access Emergency credit under specific conditions
• Purchase data packs or Deezer subscriptions
• Activate 5G connection (if supported)
• Switch to eSIM
• Receive support for any account issues

If you have a Postpay account, users can use the Telecom App to:

• View my.t Postpay account details and internet usage statistics
• Check SIM information like PIN, PUK, and Network Status
• Access bill statements and manage offers
• Opt for Booster offers to increase data limit
• Subscribe to new services or Value Added Services on my.t Postpay accounts
• Facilitate bill payments and obtain receipts
